    The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics is responsible for cultivating and expanding top-line growth for our Analytics business. This includes identifying new markets to enter, creating strategies to achieve Analytics growth targets, and growing presence and revenues across specific Analytics markets - including New Logo Sales, Account Acquisition, and Organic Expansion. Leadership span of control is global and includes both top-line and bottom-line revenue responsibilities.
    To be successful in this role, the candidate must bring significant experience and relationships in specific Analytics markets---motivated by winning financial incentives as well as career growth. The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics will bring a deep understanding of the Analytics marketplace and familiarity with competitor offerings in support of our growth strategy and investment initiatives.
    The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics will have oversight of the following:
    Developing named account strategies, building consensus on targeted logos, and pursuing the delivery of high-value and high-growth new logos.Building a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across all of Analytics.Developing and executing a Go-to-Market Strategy that will hit or exceed revenue targets.Executing go-to-market plans thru targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.Collaborating and developing 3rd party and advisor relationships to build a credible Analytics voice globally to generate new opportunity channels. Generate opportunities from this channelSubmitting and handling proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity, working closely with the Sales Enablement teams to ensure high quality of proposals.Building relationships is key to this role and possessing established and current relationships with COOs, CFOs, CEOs, CDOs, CIOs/CTOs, and Customer Service Directors is critical to this role.Big-deal experience The Global Chief Growth Officer - Analytics should have proven experience in closing deals with ACV > $5M and TCV > $20M.Playing a principal leadership role in hunting, signing, and developing luminary/marquee client relationships. These contracts are typically large, complex multi-year deals that require a savvy sales executive accustomed to longer sales cycles.Balancing multiple, concurrent deals to achieve challenging growth targets.Effectively identifying and translating client needs into our services.     Key elements for the role:
    Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to drive Analytics revenue growth. Engaging with the Analytics practice leaders and other members of the Analytics executive team to develop and implement growth strategies. Partnering with the Marketing, Sales, and various other Business Unit leaders and teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.     Education:
