    We are growing and have been named Ingram's Library center of excellence! Ingram Content Group is recruiting for a Library Processor to join our growing business in our Fort Wayne, IN facility.  A Library Processor works in the warehouse and prepares books and audio visual materials in accordance with customer specifications for use in public and private libraries. 

    $19.50 per hour ($17.50+$2 shift diff)

    Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4:30p-1a (plus overtime as needed)

    Attaches spine labels to book or compact discsSorts cards and labelsAttaches Mylar/ Kapco covers to jacketsPerforms Stamping, Theft IDPerforms Auditing

    6 months work experience in at least one previous jobAbility to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 35lbs during the assigned shift – 10lbs or less continuously and 11-20lbs frequently, and 21-35lbs occasionallyAbility to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 45lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-10lbs continuously and 11-45lbs occasionallyAbility to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shiftAbility to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shiftAbility to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekendsExposure to wide range of temperatures

    Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Consumer Advertising Specialist to join our team.  This individual identifies and leads projects, from conception through execution, for select marketing programs that generate consumer demand and increase book sales from Ingram’s consumer audience. Manages advertising campaigns on behalf of company clients. Coordinates with internal and external customers and editorial/advertising teams to facilitate execution of paid advertising programs. Monitors marketing and sales results and adjusts strategy as needed. Develops and presents reporting on campaign and program results to publishers, internal clients and company leadership. Supports the development of new revenue generation programs for marketing books to Ingram’s consumer audience.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or year for year directly related experienceMinimum of 3 years related experience in marketing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Business-minded, analytical, and results-driven approach.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Comfort with marketing, advertising, and analytics tools including search, social, and retail ad platforms, and Excel (or demonstrated ability to learn similar tools quickly).Multi-media marketing skillsProject-management skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develops and executes marketing campaigns that support company and customer growth strategies.Executes and manages advertising campaigns in Ingram iD, Walmart, Meta, Google and other advertising channels. Analyzes advertising and sales performance to achieve ROI goals and inform strategy. Makes recommendations on adjustments to improve marketing and sales results. Effectively communicates to key internal and external stakeholders around campaign status, KPIs, and recommended actions.Supports the project management of marketing services execution, coordinating with key stakeholders and executing in relevant technologies. Works in various marketing systems to execute marketing initiatives, monitor campaigns, identify business opportunities, provide reporting, and evaluate relevant data.Manages and tracks advertising and other marketing inventory

    Hiring Salary Range: $65,244 - $82,466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
