This role focuses on managing a pipeline of loans, making underwriting decisions, and supporting borrower solutions during financial hardship. Key Responsibilities: Manage a pipeline of loans through loss mitigation decisioning Perform underwriting assessments within default servicing workflows Utilize Excel-based tools to track and manage loan data Generate and issue customer communications (Word-based, mail/UPS) Ensure timely processing and adherence to internal guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to support operational workflows Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting and/or default servicing Experience with Fiserv Sagent Strong proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) Experience managing loan pipelines in a high-volume environment Profile: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to manage repetitive, process-driven work efficiently Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working in a structured, back-office environment Note: We use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting
