    Department Overview:

    The client services team includes support, customer success and solutions engineering. The team is responsible for generating value for our customers and sustaining revenue from clients. The team ensures that clients are using InfoSum to its full potential, providing necessary support and representing client opportunities and challenges internally.

    Sub Department overview:

    Solutions Engineering is responsible for technical excellence in the planning and execution of client use cases powered by InfoSum. This team is aligned to support both the Sales team in pre-sale use case validation and technical scoping, as well as Customer Success in post-sale support of client execution and expansion. Solutions Engineering is a client-facing team that also operates independently to build partnerships with technical contacts at clients, resolve technical barriers to success and empower clients and internal teams with custom tools that accelerate adoption of InfoSum’s complete technology offering.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and business objectivesDesign customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities and product offeringsDevelop solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to communicate design specifications and requirements effectivelyConfigure, customize, and deploy technical solutions, leveraging company products, APIs, and third-party integrations as neededConduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to showcase functionality and validate solution feasibilityCollaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancementsServe as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycleConduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customers to maximize the value of their solutionsTroubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challengesStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings and capabilitiesUnderstand the advertising marketplace in terms of data collaboration and ad tech/mar techProvide feedback to product management and development teams to inform roadmap prioritization and feature enhancementsContribute to the development and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline solution delivery and supportUnderstand and comply with InfoSum’s security and privacy policies, and be attentive to information security at all times in the performance of duties for InfoSum

    Requirements

    3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related position within the ad-tech, mar-tech, or data technology spaceExpert knowledge of solutions engineering and associated departmental operational excellenceStrong knowledge of sales and post-sale practices Experience in a query language (SQL preferred)Experience in a scripting language such as PythonExperience in ETL operations with expertise in at least one of these: GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, DatabricksAnalytical mindsetProcess-orientedAbility to function and succeed in ambiguous and high-stakes environmentsPersuasion, consensus building, and negotiationExcellent communication skills and ability to presentAbility to establish credibility, trust, and collaborate across teamsUnderstanding of key value and revenue driversEmpathy for customers and strong adherence to qualityUnderstanding of Advertising technology and its impact in a commercial marketing/advertising/paid media space
