    ISN is seeking a Program Manager (PM), who will be assigned to a client site in Winchester, VA. As a PM, you will assist a federal agency in overseeing and conducting investigation case information and preparing relevant reports based on information gleaned using your critical and analytical skills. Your skills will be used to monitor reports that federal agencies can use to determine an applicant’s worthiness for employment, access to federal facilities, and immigration benefit. Ultimately, you will be supporting programs within the United States and its defense against foreign and domestic threats to our nation’s security.




    Requirements:

    Active TS/SCI with CI PolyBachelor's degree or five (5) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.PM must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives and the ability to successfully administer the PWS objectives. PM is responsible for the overall performance and execution of the contract, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements. PM will serve as the primary point of contact with the government. PM will oversee the development of implementation of the project plan, ensuring alignment with the contract’s objectives and government expectations. PM will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing contract deliverables, and ensuring that quality standards are met across all areas of the project. Must have professional skills in program management and leadership. Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages. Must have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types. Must ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by Government Leadership. Must work collaboratively with the COR, other Government POCs, and Contractor Research Analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables. Provides research and threat analysis and production support. Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the requestor's information and technical support requirements. Under certain circumstances, presents briefings to personnel designated by Government leadership.

    ISN is seeking an experienced cash specialist to support the Secretary Held HUD loan servicing contract.

    The cash specialist is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of loan payments received through the mail and on the web. Duties include:



    Utilizing the loan servicing system to look up borrower accountsPrepping checks received for posting, ensuring the loan number and borrower name are listed on the checkPosting payments and payoffs to the loan servicing system accurately and timelyAnalyze transaction histories to identify discrepanciesDepositing payments via check scanner and OTCnet, the web-based solution used to convert paper checks to electronic paymentsBalancing daily payments posted on the servicing system to the amount deposited via OTCnetUpdating the internal check tracking system to indicate what action was taken with each check receivedProcessing overpayment refundsProcessing check requests for lien releasesDaily tracking and reporting of production activityPreparing certificate of indebtedness (COI) packagesPreparing surplus funds claims packagesNotary public duties as neededAssist with special projects and process improvementsMaintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsOther duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE

    ISN is seeking Public Health (Tobacco Compliance) Inspectors or those who wish to become a Compliance Inspector to conduct undercover tobacco compliance inspections at retail locations throughout Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Inspectors will follow strict federal and state protocols to ensure compliance with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines. This position plays a critical role in enforcing tobacco regulations, preventing youth access to tobacco products, and ensuring compliance with advertising and labeling standards.


    A Public Health Tobacco Compliance Inspector needs to be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks.



    Key Responsibilities:


    Compliance Inspections & Enforcement

    Conduct Undercover Buy (UB) and Advertising & Labeling (A&L) inspections at licensed tobacco retail outlets.Ensure compliance with FDA and State guidelines related to tobacco sales and marketing.Properly document findings and maintain compliance with chain of custody protocols for evidence storage.Coordinate with state and federal program officials to support compliance enforcement actions.Provide testimony and declarations for enforcement or judicial actions when required.Provide guidance and training to your paired Underage Purchaser to ensure that all inspection outcomes meet FDA standards and guidelines.

    Data Collection & Reporting

    ISN is seeking Public Health (Tobacco Compliance) Inspectors or those who wish to become a Compliance Inspector to conduct undercover tobacco compliance inspections at retail locations throughout Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Inspectors will follow strict federal and state protocols to ensure compliance with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines. This position plays a critical role in enforcing tobacco regulations, preventing youth access to tobacco products, and ensuring compliance with advertising and labeling standards.


    A Public Health Tobacco Compliance Inspector needs to be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks.



    Key Responsibilities:


    Compliance Inspections & Enforcement

    Conduct Undercover Buy (UB) and Advertising & Labeling (A&L) inspections at licensed tobacco retail outlets.Ensure compliance with FDA and State guidelines related to tobacco sales and marketing.Properly document findings and maintain compliance with chain of custody protocols for evidence storage.Coordinate with state and federal program officials to support compliance enforcement actions.Provide testimony and declarations for enforcement or judicial actions when required.Provide guidance and training to your paired Underage Purchaser to ensure that all inspection outcomes meet FDA standards and guidelines.

    Data Collection & Reporting

    Accurately enter inspection results into the FDA Tobacco Inspection Management System (TIMS).Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings that align with the FDA program requirements.Participate in routine quality assurance reviews to ensure inspection accuracy and procedural adherence.Responsible for completing accurate reports for every inspection completed adhering to ISN's strict quality guidelines.Ensure that all evidence handled is properly logged, secured, and shipped as required by the FDA.

    Training & Professional Development

    All Compliance Inspectors will complete a series of paid training courses before being cleared to work with Underage Purchasers in the field.Complete annual training and certification to maintain FDA Commissioned Inspector status.Attend regular program meetings and refresher training sessions to stay updated on federal and state regulations.Must be able to undergo a security clearance background check and become credentialed by the FDA.


    Experience/Skills:

    All inspectors must be currently employed with a State or local government law enforcement agency or a regulatory agency to be contracted with the FDA program.Must be able to provide proof of US CitizenshipStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict compliance protocols.Reliable TransportationDetail OrientedStrict adherence to deadlines and privacy
