    ISN is seeking a Program Manager (PM), who will be assigned to a client site in Winchester, VA. As a PM, you will assist a federal agency in overseeing and conducting investigation case information and preparing relevant reports based on information gleaned using your critical and analytical skills. Your skills will be used to monitor reports that federal agencies can use to determine an applicant’s worthiness for employment, access to federal facilities, and immigration benefit. Ultimately, you will be supporting programs within the United States and its defense against foreign and domestic threats to our nation’s security.




    Requirements:

    Active TS/SCI with CI PolyBachelor's degree or five (5) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.PM must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives and the ability to successfully administer the PWS objectives. PM is responsible for the overall performance and execution of the contract, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements. PM will serve as the primary point of contact with the government. PM will oversee the development of implementation of the project plan, ensuring alignment with the contract’s objectives and government expectations. PM will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing contract deliverables, and ensuring that quality standards are met across all areas of the project. Must have professional skills in program management and leadership. Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages. Must have skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types. Must ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by Government Leadership. Must work collaboratively with the COR, other Government POCs, and Contractor Research Analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables. Provides research and threat analysis and production support. Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the requestor's information and technical support requirements. Under certain circumstances, presents briefings to personnel designated by Government leadership.

    ISN Corp is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Electrician with High Voltage (over 600 volts) experience. This is a full-time position that will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment while ensuring that all projects comply with national and local electrical codes.


    The Master Electrician’s duties will include coordinating with project managers, interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams, manufacturer's installation manuals, implementing plans, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Types of properties include previous dormitories, single family homes, commercial kitchen, offices, classrooms, sports fields, as well as for mechanicals, fixtures, and equipment. Must be on-site during normal working hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with possible presence during emergencies.



    Required Qualifications:


    Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Master Electrician working on High Voltage supporting facility services.Work well with government personnel to coordinate facility support issuesExcellent written and oral communication with vendors, government personnel, and internal managementPreferred, but not required, to have previously worked on a federal government owned commercial property.Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship

    Position Summary

    The Program Analyst serves as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for a federal Background Investigations contract. This position supports program leadership through data analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and program coordination activities. The Program Analyst works closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify trends, evaluate program performance, support workforce planning efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations that support contract requirements and customer objectives.     Key Responsibilities

    Support the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Background Investigations Program.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, workforce, quality, production, and performance data.Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Conduct workforce forecasting, capacity planning, workload analysis, and resource allocation assessments.Prepare reports, program summaries, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and customer-facing deliverables.Provide data-driven recommendations and operational insights to support leadership decision-making.Support customer briefings, program reviews, audits, inspections, and data requests.Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, track milestones, and support program initiatives.Maintain program documentation, databases, reporting tools, and workflow tracking systems.Monitor customer policy updates and contract requirements to support compliance and operational alignment.Assist in the development and maintenance of program guidance, procedures, and operational documentation.Support stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, workshops, webinars, and outreach initiatives.Assist with proposal reviews and evaluation activities for compliance, completeness, and programmatic alignment.Identify and support process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, data quality, and overall program performance.

    Shall have the necessary certifications and experience needed for independently maintaining and monitoring the MEP and HVAC systems, of this seven story building, as its primary responsibility, on a daily basis, the required performance as per the schedule of preventive maintenance, for all equipment as related to MEP, HVAC, Alarm & Security, Systems, and both inside and outside the building and the grounds. Reporting and documenting on a daily basis must be maintained with copy in the Director’s Office confirming the daily work performed.     Document Management Specialist


    Document Management duties include lifting, sorting, and tracking mortgage documents. The position requires the specialist to process mail, prep/scan/index/file Partial Claim notes, and Partial Claim mortgages for loans insured by HUD.

    Required Qualifications

    2 + years of office experience

    1 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus Data Management skills

    Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines

    Familiarity with HUD guidelines

    Able to lift 80lbs or more Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Superior organizational Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications

    Senior Accountant (Costpoint, Payroll Reconciliation & General Ledger)


    We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, payroll reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and ADP payroll systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government contracting requirements. This position reports to our Bethesda, Maryland office at least 3 days a week.


    Key Responsibilities

    General Ledger & Financial ReportingMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.

    Payroll Reconciliation

    Reconcile payroll transactions between ADP payroll system and General Ledger.Review payroll registers for accuracy and completeness.Reconcile payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.Investigate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.Support payroll audits and compliance reporting.Prepare payroll accruals and related journal entries.

    Costpoint Administration & Accounting

    Utilize Deltek Costpoint for accounting, project setup, and financial reporting.Ensure proper project cost allocation and labor charging.Reconcile labor distribution and project accounting data.Support indirect rate calculations and government contract reporting.Assist with incurred cost submissions and DCAA compliance requirements.Maintain accounting system integrity and data accuracy within Costpoint.

    Audit & Compliance

    Support internal and external audits.Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and federal contracting regulations.Assist with implementation and maintenance of internal controls.


    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.CPA or CPA candidate preferred.10+ years of progressive accounting experience.Minimum 3 years of Deltek Costpoint experience.Experience with ADP payroll processing and payroll reconciliations.Government contracting experience strongly preferred.Experience working with DCAA-compliant accounting systems preferred.

    Technical Skills

    Advanced knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or ADP payroll platforms.Excellent understanding of General Ledger accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.

    Competencies

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.High level of integrity and confidentiality.


    Preferred Qualifications

    Government contractor environment.DCAA audits and compliance.Project accounting and labor distribution.Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) preparation.Billing and contract accounting.Multi-entity accounting experience.


    Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (depending on experience and location)
