Overview
Join our team as a part time Warehouse Associate and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce warehouse. We are a small, close-knit team, which means every role has a direct impact and high visibility across the business. This position is essential to ensuring accurate, fast, and reliable fulfillment of both online (direct-to-consumer) and wholesale orders.
As we continue to grow, this role offers opportunities to take on more responsibility, learn new skills, and advance within the operation. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable wearing multiple hats, work with a sense of ownership, and are motivated to grow alongside the company.
Duties
Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and cycle countsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresReceive, load, and unload incoming shipments and inventoryAccurately pick, pack, and ship online (DTC) and wholesale ordersEnsure order accuracy by carefully verifying items, quantities, and packagingMeet daily fulfillment deadlines with speed and efficiencyHeavy machinery operation is not required for this role.
Experience
Prior experience in an e-commerce or warehouse setting is preferredStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and reliabilityAbility to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy standardsComfortable performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting boxesExperience with order fulfillment, packing, or shipping is a plusBasic understanding of warehouse processes and workflowAbility to safely lift and move packages up to 50 poundsIf you are a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
