Key Responsibilities
Accompany technicians to job sites and assist with site setup and breakdown.Stage ladders, cones, tarps, and safety equipment.Carry tools, equipment, and replacement parts.Take site photos as directed and maintain safe distances from energized equipment.Follow all safety protocols and roof-access rules.Receive, log, and organize incoming equipment and parts in the warehouse.Pick and stage materials for daily jobs; assist with inventory counts.Label and store components properly; maintain clean workspaces.Prepare return shipments (RMAs) under direction.Assist with loading vehicles and report any equipment or vehicle issues.Complete company safety onboarding and basic solar awareness training.Observe troubleshooting in the field without participating.What This Role Cannot Do

Role Summary
A heavy civil / aggregates operation in the Tulsa area is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic to support crushing operations and overall plant maintenance.
This is a plant-first role, not a general fleet mechanic position. The individual will primarily work on crushers, screeners, conveyors, and plant systems, while also supporting heavy equipment and trucks as needed.
