Job Title: Sales Representative – Equipment Replacement Parts
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell replacement parts for equipment used in raw material processing plants. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical support to clients in industries such as mining, aggregates, cement, forestry, food processing and recycling. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial equipment sales, a deep understanding of processing plant operations, and a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:Identify and engage potential customers within the raw material processing industry.Promote and sell replacement parts for equipment such as crushers, conveyors, screens, mills, and other processing machinery.Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.Provide technical assistance and recommendations to customers on equipment parts and upgrades.Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and offer solutions.Product & Market Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.Understand equipment specifications and identify suitable replacement parts for various machinery.Order Processing & Coordination:Work with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source and price replacement parts.Address customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts.Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in equipment or spare parts sales for processing plants.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with raw material processing equipment (e.g., crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, motors, etc.).Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, and close deals.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing a sales territory.Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus but not required.Compensation & Benefits:
