Position Summary: The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for owning and driving the enterprise supply plan, including rough-cut capacity planning, as a core component of the company's Sales develop and communicate resolution scenarios and trade-off analyses. Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure supply plans reflect the latest consensus forecast and support agreed service level targets. Work with Procurement and Materials teams to align supply plans with material availability and lead time constraints. Maintain and improve supply planning tools, capacity models, and ERP-based planning parameters, partner with the Planning Systems Manager on system enhancements.
