Sam's Social Club at Indian Springs Resort is looking for one experienced Line Cook.
This position will be mostly PM shifts.
Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards-
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork is essential. Growth opportunity is available.
Weekends necessary. Must have experience as a Cook.
