    What This Job Does

    This role applies products at customer sites. You will drive a spray truck, follow the job plan, and make sure the work is done safely and correctly. You are the face of the company when you’re out in the field.

     

    Main Duties

    1. Drive and Operate the Spray Truck

    Drive a commercial truck safely, sometimes across state linesDeliver and apply product at customer locationsKeep the truck and trailer clean and in good working shapeCheck the truck before and after each trip to make sure everything works

    2. Work With Customers

    Be friendly and professional with customersFollow the spray plan so the job is done rightLet your manager and the customer know if anything is running behind

    3. Help the Team and Handle Basic Paperwork

    Work well with others, even when things get busyTravel as needed to different job sitesComplete simple paperwork and forms on a company tabletHelp around the facility when needed (cleaning, inventory, basic upkeep)

    4. Follow All Safety Rules

    Always work safely and follow all safety guidelinesStop work if something is unsafe and report it right away

     

    What You Need to Be Able to Do

    Lift 50 poundsClimb ladders several times a dayAble to work outside in challenging conditions at timesStay motivated and keep a positive attitudeAble to travel 40-50% of the time. (Usually 1 or 2 nights at a time, max) We put you up in a hotel and pay for your meals.Able to communicate with your manager and team members in a consistent and professional tone.

     

    Requirements:

    High school diplomaCDL Class ATanker endorsement2–5 years CDL driving experiencePrevious experience working in challenging environments.The hours can vary, but generally they are between 7a and 5p. May have to work some weekends if needed.
