They specializes exclusively in residential water mitigation and are expanding the business development team and are seeking an experienced, highly driven Business Development Representative who can build a strong and sustainable book of business through relationships with plumbers, roofers, carpet cleaners, property service providers, and other residential trade partners.
This is a field-based, performance-driven sales position suited for someone who understands how water mitigation companies work, knows how to build credibility with plumbing companies and other trades, and is comfortable creating business through persistent prospecting and relationship development. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their territory and referral network. This is an “eat what you kill” environment with a strong base salary, uncapped commission potential, accelerators, and the resources necessary to grow a substantial book of business.

Participate in the emergency on-call management rotation.
