    About the Opportunity

    This opportunity is with a growing, $50M restoration company operating across residential and commercial markets. The business is in an aggressive growth phase, expanding its large loss and program work footprint. This role will cover Northern Yonkers to Western Massachusetts.

    This role exists because volume and project complexity have outpaced the current team. They need a Senior Mitigation Project Manager who can step in immediately, take ownership of large loss files, and operate without hand-holding.

    This is not a rebuild role. This is a plug-in-and-produce role.

    The Reality of This Role

    This is a Senior-level, performance-driven position.

    You will be managing 15-20 mitigation projects simultaneously, all at different phases. You will be expected to:

    Stay ahead of timelinesMaintain tight documentationCommunicate constantly with field teams and internal staff
    There is no room here for disorganization or learning the basics.

    You will be measured on execution, documentation quality, and project control-not effort.

    If you need structure, reminders, or oversight to stay on track, this will not work.
