    About the Role: Imperial Home Health is seeking a highly attentive, hands-on Personal Assistant for a high-priority overnight shift. This is not a "sleep shift." We need a disciplined provider who excels at personal care, understands strict professional boundaries, and can execute a detailed Care Plan without cutting corners.

    Core Responsibilities & Skills Needed:

    Hands-On ADL Mastery: You must be fully confident in assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) throughout the night.Bedbound/Mobility Care: Proven experience in safely rotating and repositioning clients in bed to prevent skin breakdown.Incontinence Care: You must be experienced and comfortable with thorough incontinence care (diaper changes) and maintaining strict hygiene standards.High Attentiveness: The client’s needs do not stop at midnight. You must remain alert, observant, and responsive for the full 10-hour shift.The "Imperial" Standard:

    Professional Boundaries: You understand you are there to provide expert care, not to overshare personal information or overstep the established Care Plan.HIPAA Excellence: Total discretion and client privacy are non-negotiable.Requirements:
