Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.Experience: Must have prior working experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an Otolaryngology (ENT) setting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ENT-specific patient assessments, diagnosis (e.g., hearing loss, sinus issues), treatment planning, and minor office procedures.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, detail-oriented, team player, and compassionate with patients of all ages.Key Responsibilities:
