    Physical Therapist | 1:1 Care, 60-Minutes, 8–10 Patients/Day

Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine · Peoria, AZ

    At a glance

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)Sign-on bonus: $5,000Quarterly bonus: Up to $2,000/yearTime Off: 4 weeks paid time off (PTO, holidays & sick time) *PTO increases with tenureCEU stipend: $2,000 first year, $1,500 each year afterSchedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–6pmHours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Tired of seeing 20+ patients a day? At Impact Physical Therapy, you’ll treat 8–10 patients in true 1:1, 60-minute sessions — hybrid cash-pay model, no double-booking, and the time to actually build the kind of patient relationships that get real results. That’s exactly why we built Impact differently, and it’s why our therapists stay.

Impact has three locations across the Phoenix Valley. As we continue opening new clinics, this role comes with real opportunities for growth and leadership.

    Why Impact

Concierge-style care — patients choose to invest in their health and expect a real relationship with their PT, not a rotation of staffTime to do the work right — 60-minute 1:1 sessions mean you can actually listen, assess, and treat without cutting cornersCommunity-rooted practice — your patients know you, refer their friends and family, and come back because they trust youTherapists stay because they want to — not because they’re stuckClose to ownership — real influence over your environment, not just your scheduleValley-wide growth — new locations opening means real paths to clinic leadership

    From our team

“I’ve worked in other PT clinics and I know how they undervalue and overwork their therapists. Impact is different — a focus on quality care, real room to grow, and you’re close enough to ownership that you can actually influence your environment. I chose this place over higher-paying options, and five years and a promotion later, I’d make the same choice again.”

Company DescriptionImpact Physical Therapy was built by PTs, for PTs. Dr.'s Eric and Tamara Hefferon started it because they wanted to practice differently: real time with patients, real relationships, real results. Eleven years later, that same idea has made Impact a leader in cash-based care across the Valley.

We don't rush people through appointments. We believe in "Exercise is Medicine," treating the whole person, not just today's injury, so we can be part of how our patients feel and move for years to come.

PT burnout is a real problem across the industry: big caseloads, endless paperwork, no time to actually think. Impact is our answer: the autonomy to support your patients in the way that serves them best, and the chance to see their progress through, start to finish.

These aren't values we just hang on a wall. They guide who we hire, how we set goals as a company, and the clinical decisions we make every day so patients always get honest, ethical care. We talk about them at every quarterly and annual review, so if you join us, you'll know exactly what we stand for and what we expect from each other:

    -Integrity Matters
    -Memorable Experience
    -Passionate
    -Adaptable
    -Community
    -Teamwork

We're growing fast, with new clinics opening across the Valley, which means real opportunities for career growth for the people who join us early. And because we're Passionate about clinical excellence, we back that up: individualized mentorship, structured support, and continuing education aren't extras here, they're part of how we help you become the best clinician you can be.

Multiple locations across the Valley, one team that believes in the vision. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.Company DescriptionImpact Physical Therapy was built by PTs, for PTs.
