Impact Property Solutions is in search of an entry level HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and process multiple payrolls accurately and on schedule.Enter employee data related to compensation, benefits, and timekeeping.Support hiring, onboarding, and termination workflows in the HRIS.Ensure integrity and up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy across systems.Create and maintain physical and digital personnel files in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.Generate reports and assist with HRIS audits as needed.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee records.Conduct periodic audits to verify completeness and accuracy of documentation.Assist with new hire orientation and offboarding processes.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.Help coordinate employee engagement events and internal communications.Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Competencies
