What You’ll Do (Daily Wins)
* Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism *Schedule appointments across 8 different calendars *Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing clients *Create a warm, welcoming experience for every caller *Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems *Support the office team with day-to-day administrative needs
Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
1+ year of administrative or customer service experienceConfident using Google Calendar and scheduling toolsStrong computer and technology skillsTyping speed of 60 WPM minimum with 90% accuracyAbility to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
*Applicants invited to interview will complete a short office skills assessment to qualify for the Customer Service Rep / Office Assistant position.
