Position Overview: Process driver applications to Qualified status. Support national recruiters filling IMC Companies driver hiring needs.
Job Description:
• Work with National Recruiting team to support their efforts to source, recruit and qualify applicants.
• Make outbound and answer incoming calls as needed to gather documentation from applicants. Contact other carriers to verify applicants driving experience.
• Process applicants to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management.
• Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform.
• Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs.
• Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification.
• Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files.
• Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting desirable
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Regulations a benefit
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time well
• Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
