As we expand and grow our operation we are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to various departments, including HR, IT, Accounting, and Warehouse Inventory Management.

    Position Summary:
    As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments by providing essential administrative assistance. You will support Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, and Office HQ Warehouse Inventory Management, working closely with teams to maintain organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Support:

    Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.Maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, and help with benefits administration.Assist with training and development scheduling and employee engagement activities.
    Information Technology Support:

    Provide administrative support for IT projects, including managing hardware/software inventory and assisting with troubleshooting basic tech issues.Coordinate IT requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution of support tickets.Maintain records of technology purchases and upgrades.
    Accounting Support:

    Assist with data entry and filing for accounts payable and receivable processes.Support the preparation of financial reports by compiling necessary data.Help with invoice processing and tracking payments.

    Office HQ Warehouse Inventory Management:

    Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies, equipment, and warehouse materials.Assist with inventory audits and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.Help coordinate the ordering and distribution of office supplies and equipment to various departments.Support the warehouse team with inventory organization and storage practices
    Required Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.2+ years of administrative support experience in a multi-functional environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office technology.Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in HR, IT, Accounting, or Warehouse Operations is a plus.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), ERP systems, and basic accounting software
