    Description:

    Under the direction of the Lead Accountant, the Accounting Specialist 3 will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of accounting processes. This role will be responsible for critical tasks such as managing accounts receivable, collections, reconciling credit card accounts, auditing transactions, and assisting with invoicing and vendor-related processes to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

    This role collaborates closely with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, facilitate collections, and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall accounting workflows. Additionally, the role will assist with internal and external audits, implement systems such as Ramp, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and occasionally support other team members or special projects as needed.

    What You'll Do:

    Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer billing issues and facilitate timely collectionsPrepare, process, and issue invoices and credit memos while ensuring billing accuracyTrack and compile accounts receivable data to generate reportsAudit credit card expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and flag spending inconsistenciesOversee the setup of new credit card holders and provide necessary trainingReconcile credit card accounts and classify transactions to the correct General Ledger accountsAnalyze, reconcile, and classify financial transactions with precision, including credit card charges and general ledger account reconciliations.Review vendor invoices to determine classifications such as prepaid or accrued expensesAssist with maintaining the sales tax system, including updating customers, exempt certificates, and product classificationAssist in the implementation of Ramp, including training, reconciliation, and workflow setupAssist with internal and external audits by preparing requested documentationIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting workflowsTravel for orientation, industry conferences, company events, or other required onsite meetingsPerform other tasks or special projects as required

    Requirements:

    Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceProven experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and collections, including analyzing month-end items, and determining whether prepaid bills need to be accrued for reporting purposesProven experience with reviewing sales tax systems, including updating customers, managing exemption certificates, and handling product classificationsBasic knowledge or experience assisting with external and internal audits, preferably including preparing requested documentation and supporting the audit processProficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, as well as accounting software such as Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systemsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and excellent customer service and relationship management skillsAbility to contribute to ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and accuracyProven experience with Ramp or other expense reporting or bill payment automation systems is preferred, including familiarity with system setup and workflowsStrong attention to detail, organization, time management, analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking applied to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and sound decision-making in daily operationsAbility to work independently while maintaining organizational efficiencyAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to travel as required, up to 10%

    Description: Under the direction of the Director, the Manager, Technical Account Management is responsible for leading and developing the Technical Accounts team to ensure the successful delivery of post-sales technical support and solution optimization for ImageTrend clients. This role oversees the day-to-day team operations within their assigned segment, provides coaching and guidance to team members, and ensures alignment with organizational goals for customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and service delivery.

    What You'll Do:

    1. Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Accounts team, comprising of Technical Account Specialists, Technical Account Managers, and Principal Consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

    2. Oversee the execution of team responsibilities, including technical issue resolution, solution optimization, and proactive customer engagement

    Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Mid-Market Account Executive will drive sales and growth objectives for Fire/EMS agencies across multiple states in their assigned territory. This role is designed for a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives on driving new relationships and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Do:

    Achieves or exceeds an annual sales quota goal as stipulated in the Sales Compensation Plan incentive agreementContribute to the success of the assigned territory goal by managing full cycle sales from lead qualification and needs discovery, to negotiation and closing, selling transactional or multi-year deals and professional services to existing clients and new prospect Mid-Market accountsProactively prospects into Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and Data Managers or other key decision makers using outbound and inbound lead generation approaches and meeting target activity goalsFacilitate sales meetings and demonstrate solutions to clients and prospects with proficient knowledge of the ImageTrend sales process, products for the assigned territory vertical, as well as understanding adjoining solutions in the portfolioClearly articulate and demonstrates ImageTrend’s value proposition, creating urgency, excitement and enthusiasm among prospects and moving the sale forward to closeCreate and deliver accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management and maintaining data hygiene, including capturing, updating, and reporting pertinent or required sales data in the CRM, Gong or other systems, or providing data and territory reports to management as requestedBuilds strong relationships internally and externally, collaborates and communicates effectively with team members, colleagues, and all other stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, retain clients, share ideas, and assist with process improvementsForecasts needs, set priorities, and executes approved business strategy, and reviews territory planning progress with leadership to ensure achievement of goalsActs as a company ambassador to support lead development and strengthen relationships with ImageTrend clients, prospects, partners, and other external audiencesOversee and coordinate the RFP and contracting processes for opportunities within the assigned territory and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to complete necessary steps and ensure the deal progresses through the sales cycleStay informed of industry trends, competition, market opportunities, or other developments and provide insights or ideas to help us continue improving products and processesTravel to tradeshows, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as requiredPerform additional duties or tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceProven full-cycle sales experience, preferably in public safety/healthcare industry and/or SaaS selling environmentsStrong communication skills both written and verbal, and the proven ability to present, influence, negotiate and persuade key stakeholders and decision makersProven track record in driving successful sales growth by managing and developing an assigned territory of accounts with a strategic plan for prospectingExperience with Sandler Selling, or another similar consultative sales methodologyProven to be a motivated self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environmentAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to tailor by audienceStrong technical aptitude to learn new systems and experience using MS Office Suite, CRM, Gong or other similar sales technologies toolsProven time management and organizational skills, the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to changing priorities or market conditionsWillingness to share best practices with the team or others to help elevate and accelerate organizational resultsAbility to forecast an accurate sales pipeline using data-driven insightsAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to travel as required, up to 25%
