    Job Overview

    As a Strategic Account Manager based in New Jersey, you will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to driving new business growth across hospitals, outpatient centers, and healthcare systems, while spending the remaining 20% providing strategic support to existing key accounts.

    Responsibilities

    · Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and large outpatient facilities.

    · Strategically prospect and engage key decision-makers in departments such as infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing, and administration.

    · Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations that demonstrate how ImageFIRST enhances compliance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

    · Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to successfully close new business in alignment with monthly and quarterly objectives.

    · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and account information within CRM.

    · Serve as the primary point of escalation and support for major existing accounts in partnership with local service teams.

    · Conduct regular site visits and quarterly business reviews to evaluate service satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth.

    · Collaborate closely with Service and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and flawless service execution.

    · Monitor account performance and retention risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

    · Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare, facility services, or other service-based industries.

    · Demonstrated success in new business development, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with C-suite and operational leaders.

    · Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and the ability to navigate complex decision-making environments using a value-based selling approach.

    · Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    · Comfortable working in the field and traveling within the assigned territory (up to 50%).

    Preferred Experience

    · Experience selling outsourced services (e.g., laundry, janitorial, dietary, or environmental services) to healthcare providers.

    · Familiarity with infection prevention, Joint Commission standards, or other healthcare compliance regulations.

    · Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM for tracking sales activity and pipeline management.

    · Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, with industry experience strongly preferred.

    · Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.

    Responsibilities

    Now seeking an Embroidery Operator to add to our Lancaster team!

    Shift Hours: 5:00am to 3:30pm or 6:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday; Friday as needed

    Pay rate starts at $18.00/hr. and based on experience

    SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

    Assist in creating names and logos for embroidery jobs.Complete sew out samples of new logos for a variety of locations and customers.Assist in communicating with the Fulfillment Center team regarding status of work orders in the embroidery room.Complete daily tasks of the embroidery room including, but not limited to, hooping of garments, loading/unloading machines, uploading designs, trimming, and completing orders.Follow established designs and specifications.Sew utilizing all available industrial embroidery machines.Comply with strict OSHA standards:Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards.Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards.Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are always adhered to.

    Minimum Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 1 year of applicable experience preferred Basic reading, computer and math skills requiredMust be able to communicate both verbally and writtenAbility to lift to 30 pounds as neededMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testFast learner, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven is a mustWill need to differentiate colors for accuracy while inspecting the garment during and after being processedPrevious experience in embroidery is preferredMust be able to stand for an extended period while using hands and armsFollow and understand customer designs and specifications

    WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, gloves. Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

    This is a route-based service-oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.     Responsibilities

    Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 (Weekly Pay)

    This is a route-based service-oriented position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.

    Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community.Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face Load and unload truck, truck organization.Manage customer inventoryProduct knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product applicationPaperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracyProvide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility)Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)Make special deliveries to customersLead generation

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School Diploma or equivalent requiredClean driving recordMust possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; therefore, candidates must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linenMust be computer literate

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Some delivery, logistics and/or route experienceOne year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfactionKnowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations

    Responsibilities

    Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday, some overtime may be required).

    Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 (Weekly)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machineryPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machineryTroubleshoot and repair facility machineryWrite and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)Program PLC'sComplete daily maintenance and repair logsCommunicate with operators and managementMaintain and secure work toolsClean and maintain work areaTurn off and lock out equipment when not in useOther duties as assignedProvide on-the-job training to new employeesOrder tools and machinery inventory parts

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced skills (Journeyman level) required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, piping systems, and PLC programmingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsManual dexterity required for operating machinery and computersAbility to lift up to 30 pounds required

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
