As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill acquisition goals for clients in the home and/or school as follows:
Primarily School Based
Implement individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
Record and maintain accurate session data and documentation
Collaborate with families, teachers, and BCBAs to support progress
Attend team meetings and ongoing training
Follow ethical and professional standards as defined by the BACB
