    Job Description

    Develop and implement shortand longterm tax strategies that align with business objectives.

    Provide proactive guidance on new transactions, entity structuring, transferpricing policies, and crossborder tax planning.

    Model the tax impact of proposed initiatives (M&A, reorganization, financing, global expansion) and present recommendations to senior leadership.

    Collaborate with external advisors to maximize global tax efficiency and manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

    Oversee U.S. consolidated federal, state, and international tax filings and the ASC 740 provision process, ensuring timely payment of estimates and extensions.

    Monitor legislative changes (IRS, state, OECD Pillar Two, etc.) and brief leadership on risks and

    opportunities.

    Lead federal and state audit defense, correspondence, and dispute resolutions.

    Other accounting/finance/tax related tasks as assigned.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master of Taxation preferred.

    7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including Big Four public accounting experience.

    Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and multistate income tax and solid exposure to international tax.

    Proven success designing cross-border tax structures and leading complex tax projects end-to-end.

    Clear, confident communicator able to translate complex tax concepts for nontax audiences.

    About the Role

    Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    Summary:
    iHealth is seeking a National Account Manager for the retail channel to join the Marketplace & Retail team, focusing on expanding and maintaining retail distribution.
