Ignision is seeking a K-12 Sales Representative to join our San Jose team. This role focuses on engaging with families and introducing tailored academic solutions for students across the U.S. K–12 system (ages 3–18).
You will work directly with parents to understand their needs, present suitable programs, and support them through the decision-making process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, is results-driven, and is motivated by achieving enrollment targets.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective families to understand student needs and academic goalsPresent and recommend appropriate programs, courses, and learning solutionsManage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to enrollmentFollow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to drive conversionsTrack pipeline activity and meet monthly performance targetsBuild long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
Qualifications
