    About Us

    We’re a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company dedicated to excellent service and innovative solutions. We’re hiring an Inventory Area Manager to deliver inventory-accuracy targets and optimize labor within inventory control. You’ll lead cycle counts, plan and execute Annual Customer Physical PIsincluding scheduling with customers/auditors, pre-count prep, count team coordination, reconciliation, and sign-off—drive variance investigations, manage bin/location assignment, replenishment, and lot/expiration tracking, train new hires, and work cross-functionally to keep customers satisfied.

    What You’ll Do

    Own inventory control to achieve inventory-accuracy targets.Manage labor for counts, variances, and replenishment to meet daily priorities and revenue targets while maintaining safety and quality.Lead and coach Inventory team leads and their crews; conduct meetings and hold teams accountable.Manage inventory control: cycle counts, variance investigations/adjustments, replenishment, and lot/expiration tracking.Plan and execute Annual Customer Physical PI: create count plans, coordinate with customers/auditors, lead teams day-of, reconcile discrepancies, publish results, and obtain sign-offs.Train new hires on SOPs, scanning/labeling, count procedures, replenishment, QC sampling.Collaborate cross-functionally (Receiving, Outbound/DTC, Outbound/Wholesale, Returns, AM/CX, IT) to keep orders flowing.Escalate risks and drive continuous improvement.Be available with flexible hours during peaks/client launches; join weekly customer calls.

    Experience: proven leadership in a high-volume 3PL; and inventory control required.Leadership & teamwork: develops people, partners smoothly with other departments.Operational knowledge: bin/location assignment, replenishment; cycle count methods, variance investigations.Customer focus: calm under pressure, service-minded.Safety & compliance: OSHA basics and a safety-first mindset.Communication: clear, professional written and verbal skills.Language: bilingual English/Spanish required.Physical: on your feet most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
