Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, D2C Growth to own and scale the direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience for the AirDoctor brand.
This role acts as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Brand and Engineering. In this role you will translate marketing strategy into high-performing ecommerce experiences & funnels. You will own onsite conversion, merchandising, promotions, experimentation, offer management, and ecommerce operations on Shopify.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on Shopify execution with strong analytical thinking, growth experimentation, continuous optimization and customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Channel Ownership
Own day-to-day performance & execution of the AirDoctor D2C storefront including:
· Conversion rate optimization
· Revenue per visitor
· Average order value
· Funnel performance
· Promotional execution
Act as the primary owner of onsite growth initiatives.
Experimentation & Conversion Optimization
Develop and run a structured experimentation program across the Shopify storefront including:
· Landing page testing
· PDP optimization
· Checkout funnel improvements
· Bundle and offer testing
· Subscription optimization
Analyze results and scale winning experiments.
Ecommerce Merchandising & Promotions
Own ecommerce merchandising strategy including:
· Product presentation and PDP optimization
· Bundle creation
· Subscription offers
· Seasonal promotions
· Campaign landing pages
Translate marketing campaigns into high-performing onsite experiences.
Shopify Operations & Growth Tools
Manage Shopify apps and ecommerce growth tools including:
· CRO tools
· Personalization platforms
· Bundling apps
· Subscription platforms
· Analytics integrations
Evaluate new technologies and partner with Engineering on implementation.
Data, Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain reporting on key D2C performance metrics including:
· Conversion rate
· Revenue per visitor
· Average order value
· Funnel drop-off
· Landing page performance
Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Brand and Finance to ensure ecommerce initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
· 5+ years experience in ecommerce, D2C growth, or Shopify management
· Hands-on Shopify experience including merchandising, promotions, and app management
· Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
· Experience running A/B testing or CRO programs
· Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and marketing teams
· Strong project management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in high-consideration D2C products
· Familiarity with subscription ecommerce
· Experience scaling Shopify storefronts beyond $100M+ revenue
Experience with CRO, personalization, and analytics tools

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and coordinate critical supply chain and fulfillment functions across domestic and international operations. This individual will support inbound logistics, inventory flow, procurement coordination, warehouse and fulfillment operations, freight optimization, and cross functional operational execution.
This role will work closely with Max King and partner cross functionally with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Ecommerce, Procurement, and Technology teams to ensure products move efficiently from supplier to consumer while maintaining high service levels and cost discipline.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations:
Support daily operations across a multi site 3PL warehouse networkHelp maintain fulfillment SLAs and operational performance standardsCoordinate inventory flow and fulfillment execution across ecommerce and retail channelsAssist in resolving operational disruptions, shipping issues, and fulfillment bottlenecksPartner with warehouse providers to improve operational efficiency and service qualityInventory Management & Procurement Support:
Monitor inventory levels across warehouse locations to reduce stockouts and overstocksSupport inventory planning and replenishment coordinationAssist with procurement tracking, inbound visibility, and vendor coordinationMaintain accurate operational records and reporting within ERP and operational systemsInternational Logistics & Freight Coordination:
Coordinate ocean and air freight bookings from Asia and other international suppliersWork with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providersSupport inbound shipment tracking, routing, and cost optimization initiativesAssist with customs compliance and import/export documentationEcommerce & Marketplace Operations:
Support operational execution for Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart, Shopify, retail, and other marketplace channelsCoordinate inventory allocation and operational readiness during promotions and peak periodsAssist with maintaining SLA performance during high volume events including Black Friday and Prime DaySystems & Operational Data
