    ICP Group is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Maintenance Technician provides technical expertise and maintains mechanical equipment such as pumps, agitators, chillers, compressors, piping, valves, switches, starters, relays, and sensors. In this position, you will be a critical member of our maintenance team requiring independent judgement, communication, and participation. We foster mutual respect with all involved to determine the means to accomplish implementation of desired changes for process improvement, regulatory compliance, and other various needs to support daily plant operations.

    Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 plus $1.75 shift differential.  Actual pay is dependent on candidates’ overall skills for the role.
    The hours are Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

    In this role you will be responsible for the following:

    ICP is seeking a Machine/Mill Operator. In this role you will be responsible for setting up and monitor the equipment for the raw materials, and operating machine controls with special attention to quality, follows established standard operating procedures with attention to safety rules and company policies.
    This position is based in our Seaford, DE  manufacturing plant.

    Shift hours Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30 with some Saturdays as needed.  Hourly pay $20.00 to $22.50, depending on exp. Will train 7am to 4:30 for about two weeks.

    Responsibilities:

Ensuring we provide our customers with consistent high-quality products. 

    This is a 2nd shift position - 3:30pm – 2am   Monday – Thursday (shift concludes Friday at 2am).  This position pays $21.00/hour plus $.65/hour shift differential.

    This role is based out of Southern California with responsibility the following area; Ventura, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego, and Imperial as well as international responsibility.

    Innovative Chemical Products is searching for a local Driver/ Plant Assistant Machine Operator to join our team in Seaford, DE

    This position is a split role; driving a truck and working in the plant.  You will be responsible (on average 25-30 hours/week) for picking up tanker loads to deliver back to the plant as well as delivering products on a box truck or van trailer for customers at job sites, stores or warehouses.  As well as responsible for plant duties to include but not be limited to driving a forklift, unloading deliveries coming into the plant, production and plant upkeep (approximately 10-20 hours/week).

    Key Responsibilities:Transport products to customers. Deliver and pick up products and material to customers and vendors in the Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, Philadelphia New Jersey area. Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads hourly pay during these times.Operation and making deliveries with a power hand jack and liftgate.  Complete a daily truck system log (electronic)Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.Manage routes and routines, proceeding in the most efficient way possible.Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel.Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules.While working for plants, unloading and loading trailers.Help with wrapping the product before it goes out for delivery. Assist as a Machinist in the plant for needs of the plant manager to keep the plant operation flowing smoothly.

The Manufacturing Associate role is pivotal to the success of the production of our products. The Manufacturing Associate will safely perform the tasks required to facilitate the efficient production of our products. This encompasses production from the raw material state to the final packaging of products. These tasks may require the operation of various types of machines or controlling various types of processes. You should understand industrial safe work practices, the basic principles of mechanical operation of equipment, follow SOPs, respect chemical operations, basic quality understanding and perform required housekeeping responsibilities.

    This is a 1st shift position, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm; paying $18.00 / hour

    Key Responsibilities

    Follows standard operating procedures, company policies and safety regulations.Utilize the proper PPE for each task performed and maintain PPE in a safe and usable condition.Operate equipment and perform tasks as instructed or trained by your supervisor or experienced personnel.Monitor the quality of product as it moves through the production process and alert supervisor of potential out of compliance issues. Perform start up and shut down activities as directed from the supervisor. Actively participate in cross training across the various line positions in the plant.Maintain accurate counts and document products being produced or used as required for the position.Keep the production line organized, clean and free of any hazards.Clean specific parts of the production line in support of an Autonomous Maintenance Program.Accomplish safety targets set by supervisors and management.Train Laborers and new Manufacturing Associates.Perform General Laborer duties as required to meet production needs.Attend safety meetings, conduct safety audits.Must have good attendance record and be on time.

    Experience and Skills Requirements
     Ability to comprehend and abide by relevant policies/procedures pertinent to safety, quality, security, and operations.Strong Attention to detail.Forklift experience a plus.Ability to Multi-task and watch multiple processes at the same time.Experience reading and working with SOPs a plus.Have experience working with chemicals and/or light chemical manufacturing is preferred. Have basic math skills and be able to apply them in a work environment.Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and change priorities and direction as needed.Must have a positive attitude towards work and can work well as a member of a teamAfter receiving training, employee must be able to show understanding and competency on safety rules and regulations by written or verbal examination.Ability to understand and follow posted signage throughout the facility.Once hired and trained, have a clear understanding of lock-out, tag-out procedures.Once hired, must be familiar with the standard operating procedure and operator manual for the safe operation of the equipment.Once hired and trained, have a clear understanding of Hazard communication policies.
