Over 2,000 employers and health plans use Maven's platform to improve outcomes and reduce costs. Job Overview As the Head of Member Growth Marketing, you will lead a revenue-driving team responsible for growing membership across Maven's full book of business — from Fortune 100 employers to populations enrolled directly through health plans. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of marketing, CS, and product, with direct accountability to enrollment outcomes across both our enterprise and consumer businesses. Responsibilities Lead a team, set performance expectations, run coaching, and build capabilities so the function can scale through open enrollment. Own Maven's communications-based enrollment strategy across the direct and channel books of business, prioritizing channels, segments, and experiments with a data-first approach. Partner strategically with CS and payer teams, becoming the enrollment resource they rely on. Own cross-functional enrollment initiatives spanning product, CS, payer, and data; act as stakeholder to ensure clear ownership and progress. Bridge consumer and enterprise flows, partnering across B2B2C and consumer units to optimize both directions. Culture of experimentation: run A/B tests, paid ads layered against claims campaigns, copy and UX hypothesis testing, partnership pilots. Build reporting that makes enrollment performance legible at channel, client, and program level; shift from individual account focus to scalable program model. Qualifications 7+ years in B2B2C lifecycle and member growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a role focused on scalable programs. Deep fluency in enrollment funnel mechanics: landing page CVR, email conversion, claims-driven campaigns, paid media layering, renewal, and reactivation rates, with measurable improvement. Experience leading teams and building a performance culture; hiring experience is a plus. Partner with CS and payer teams, equipping the people who own the client relationship. Data-driven mindset: dashboards, structured experiments, honest interpretation, iterative improvement. Experience with Looker or Braze is valuable. Bonus: experience with payer-distributed benefits, health-plan partner marketing, or large-scale referral/vendor partnership programs. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this role is $170,000 – $200,000 per year. The position also includes equity and benefits. Pay is based on qualifications, experience, and skill set. Benefits include: Maven for Mavens – access to the full platform and specialists, including mental health, reproductive health, family planning, and pediatrics. Team members are expected to work onsite in the New York office three days a week (Tue-Thu) and attend work-together days in San Francisco or Seattle as applicable. Active work authorization in the United States is required. Equal Opportunity Employer Maven is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
