In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore and purchase our wide range of products and services. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the best solutions to meet their needs while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions (including mobile plans, devices, accessories, etc.)Drive sales by promoting and upselling products and services.Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on products, services, promotions, and deals.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of offerings and any ongoing promotions.Assist customers with technical issues or concerns and direct them to appropriate support when necessary.Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.Provide excellent customer service through in-person, follow up over-the-phone, and digital communication channels if needed.Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.Requirements:
