* Case Mix: GS, Orto, OBGN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, Utology, EP, OMFS, Onc, Dental, Vascular, Thoracic, GI
* Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Adult. Level 2 Trauma Peds. Level 3 NICU
* Majority of cases: Ortho, GS, OBGYN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, GI
* Required Procedures: Trauma, CT, Peds, OB
* Patient Demographic/ages: Ped experience and willing to do peds
* # of Surgical Cases per month: 1,200/month
* Supervision and Ratio: 20% supervision. 80% own cases
* Care Team Model: 30 CRNA, 17 Anesthesiologist's
* Active License: active Florida license
* Credentialing Time Frame: Temps 3-4 weeks w/ clean record and active FL license
