Overnight Direct Care Worker
iCare Elder Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Overnight Direct Care Worker to join our team and provide individualized care and support to elderly individuals in Forksville, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time hourly job, with compensation of $17 to $20 per hour. As an individual contributor, the Overnight Direct Care Worker will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct assistance and support to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary and nutritional needsPerform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizingProvide companionship and engage in activities with clientsMonitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to a supervisorFollow care plans and update them as neededAdhere to all safety protocols and standardsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of client care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a home care setting is preferredMust have a current CPR/First Aid certificationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysCompassionate and patient attitude towards elderly individualsBasic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practicesValid driver's license and reliable transportation
