Overview:
TheGuest Services Coordinator or Red Tent Coordinator is the first point of contact for coaches, players, and families on game day. This role focuses on providing a welcoming, organized, and helpful experience at the red tent.
Responsibilities:
Greet families, coaches, and players with a friendly, positive attitude
Distribute sportsmanship medals, practice materials, and other weekly items to coaches
Take photos of weekly sportsmanship award winners
Provide basic schedule information and direct families to the correct field locations
Assist with QR code payments when needed
Ensure the red tent area stays organized and stocked with materials
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and dependable
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsAwareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of playersPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to work on Saturdays only - (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)Be sure to opt-in to texting so we can reach out to you!
