    Job Summary
    The Volunteer Coach is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Volunteer Coach is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

    Responsibilities
    Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and funTeach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship valuesWith the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parentsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualifications
    Excellent communication skillsSport-specific coaching experience & knowledgeHighly motivated self-starter; can work independentlyAbility to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)Be sure to opt-in to texting so we can reach out to you!

    The Official is a critical role in any sports field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

    Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all playersTeach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship valuesKeep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competitionConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualifications
