This role requires high-speed and high-accuracy data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to review, analyze, and correct data discrepancies. Candidates must thrive in deadline-driven environments and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer and account data from imaged tax documents into multiple systems Input both text and numeric information with speed and precision Review, research, analyze, and correct data discrepancies within tax systems Follow established policies, procedures, and procedural manuals Work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and deadline standards Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience in data entry or high-volume keying roles Minimum 12,000 keystrokes per hour Experience working in a production-based environment with strict accuracy requirements Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-speed environment Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace Additional Requirements Local candidates only (must reside locally at time of submission) Resume must clearly state current location Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of posting close date Must be able to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer Security clearance/onboarding required No travel required
