  POSITION OVERVIEW

  We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter with experience in luxury residential construction to join our team. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision, detail, and white-glove execution within occupied, finished homes.

  You will be responsible for delivering exceptional finish work, including millwork, hardware installation, and fine carpentry, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in client-facing environments.

  This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly in high-end, furnished residences.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCRAFTSMANSHIP & EXECUTIONExecute high-end finish carpentry, including trim, moldings, cabinetry, and custom millworkInstall and adjust premium hardware and finish materials with precisionPerform detailed layout work and interpret blueprints accuratelyMaintain exceptional quality standards aligned with luxury residential expectationsSITE PROFESSIONALISMWork effectively in occupied, finished, and furnished residencesMaintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site at all timesCommunicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clientsTOOLS & PERFORMANCEOperate hand tools and power tools with advanced proficiencyMaintain personal tools and ensure safe working conditionPlan and execute daily work efficientlyREQUIREMENTS2 – 5 years of experience in high-end / luxury residential constructionProven expertise in finish carpentry, millwork, and hardware installationCabinet-making experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and perform layoutsExperience working in occupied, high-end residential environmentsDriver’s License a plusA Background check, Drug screening and References will be requiredCERTIFICATIONS & TRAININGOSHA 30-HourSST Card (Blue) Eight Hour Fall Prevention Training, Two Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training4-Hour Supported Scaffold CertificationMust complete within 90 days of hire:Scaffolding TrainingAsbestos AwarenessLead AwarenessMold AwarenessSilica AwarenessTECHNICAL SKILLSProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Project (preferred)WORK ENVIRONMENT

  While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently exposed to:

  Fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical partsVibrations and loud construction environmentsOutdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and inclement weather

  The position regularly involves working:

  Near active construction equipmentIn finished residential environmentsIn conditions with dust, noise, and site activityPHYSICAL DEMANDS

  This role requires the ability to:
