Summary/Objective
The clinical supervisor reports to the CME Director and is responsible for ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of the OhioRISE members are met and maintained on an individual and Child and Family Team (CFT) basis in accordance with OhioRISE policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards and regulation guidelines. Primary job responsibilities involve clinical supervision of multiple Care Coordination Supervisors, Care Coordinators as they complete needs assessments, service and resource linkage, and care coordination to support youth, their families, and caregivers in the OhioRISE plan in achieving their health and outcome goals. The Clinical Supervisor may work directly with individuals to complete diagnostic and needs assessments, review crisis plans, safety plans and treatment plans to promote meaningful treatment and improve outcomes for the individuals served through OhioRISE. The Lead RN ensures implementation and maintenance of current best practices in the nursing department, resulting in optimum medical and psychiatric services for youth served within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This role leads the integration of trauma-informed, youth-centered nursing care aligned with the requirements of the Ohio Department of Medicaid, the OhioRISE PRTF Program, and all applicable regulatory bodies. The Lead RN oversees the functioning of nurses assigned to the PRTF while ensuring continuity and coordination of care across other internal services and with outside stakeholders. The Lead RN is responsible for the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring youth receive high-quality, safe, and developmentally appropriate care. This individual collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of philosophy, policies, procedures, and strategic goals of I Am Boundless.

Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, vehicle servicing, and lawn/landscaping. Must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in all areas of general maintenance. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within all areas of general maintenance. Will regularly travel around to the different Boundless facilities to fix problems at the facilities. Other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.
Licensure/Certification: valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and proof of auto insurance.
Experience: Two to three years proven experience working in the maintenance field or in a related area.
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent
