    Position Summary

    The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

    This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operator who can build a team, drive results, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead all day-to-day hotel operations across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.)
    Works closely with sales leadership to support extended-stay revenue growth and property performance

    This is for the freight professional who does it all. If you close shippers AND cover trucks, you earn commission on both - independently. Two separate commissions on the same load.
