WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGERLocation: Ogden, UT (on site)ABOUT THE ROLEThe Warehouse Operations Manager — Sales & Marketing Operations is the inside-the-four-walls operator for the DC's Commercial Operations pillar. You report to the Director of Warehouse Operations and sit parallel to Braden Buckley (Customer Logistics & Transportation Manager), who owns the external-facing and transportation side.Your mandate has two equal halves:Half 1 — DC Operations Infrastructure: Labor management, UPH (units per hour), cost per unit, facility maintenance, safety, and capacity planning inputs. You run the inside of the DC so the Director can run the outside.Half 2 — Sales & Marketing Warehouse Operations: Gift card fulfillment, custom corporate orders, PR boxes, influencer seeding kits, and event inventory. You are the warehouse's operational partner to the Sales and Marketing teams for every non-standard fulfillment request.RESPONSIBILITIESDC Labor & ProductivityFloor associate management: scheduling, training coordination, performance managementUPH tracking and improvement — hold the team to measurable productivity benchmarksCost-per-unit reporting and continuous improvement initiativesFacility & SafetyDay-to-day facility maintenance coordinationOSHA compliance and safety program ownershipEquipment (forklifts, dock equipment, racking) maintenance schedulingCapacity Planning InputsFeed DC capacity data into S&OP planning cyclesTrack labor capacity vs. projected order volume; flag constraints earlyCoordinate with Inbound, Wholesale, and Direct lane supervisors to balance floor utilizationSales & Marketing Warehouse OperationsManage the fulfillment workflow for all Sales & Marketing special projects: PR boxes, influencer seeding kits, corporate gift programs, brand ambassador packages, trade show / event inventoryCoordinate with Marketing and Sales on timelines, quantities, packaging specs, and shipping methods for all non-standard ordersMaintain dedicated pick/pack area and inventory accuracy for S&M operational stockReturns routing hand-off to Returns CoordinatorQUALIFICATIONSExperience4+ years in DC or fulfillment operations, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing hourly associatesProven track record managing labor productivity (UPH, throughput, cost per unit) — you know your numbersExperience supporting marketing, brand, or sales operations fulfillment is a strong plus (or strong desire to own it)Familiarity with WMS platforms and basic reporting/dashboardsSkillsHands-on floor leader — you know when to be at your desk and when to be on the floorOrganized and detail-oriented for special project coordination (no two influencer kits are the same)Clear communicator with both associates and cross-functional stakeholdersOSHA 30 certified or willing to obtain within 60 daysTraitsSteady under volume surges — you've run a DC floor during peak and kept quality upService mindset for internal stakeholders — Sales and Marketing will bring you complex, short-timeline requests; you figure out how to make it workContinuous improvement orientation — you don't accept "we've always done it this way"ABOUT HYDROJUG, INC.HydroJug, Inc. is a consumer brand headquartered in Ogden, Utah, designing and selling premium hydration and lifestyle products through direct-to-consumer and major retail channels.
