    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials, products, or shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery, shipment, or internal distribution. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed. Organize materials in designated storage areas to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Load and unload materials safely using proper equipment and procedures. Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and other distribution paperwork. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials are distributed accurately and on time. Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipment issues to management. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts, if trained and authorized. May occasionally drive a company vehicle for local deliveries, pickups, or errands, depending on business needs. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Min 2 yrs Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer and data entry skills preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

    Driving Requirement

    This position may require occasional driving. If assigned driving duties, the employee must:

    Possess a valid driver’s license. Maintain a clean and acceptable driving record. Follow all company vehicle, safety, and traffic policies. Be comfortable driving a company vehicle for local pickups, deliveries, or related business needs.

    Physical Requirements

    Position Summary

    Hydraulics International, Inc. is seeking a Painter Lead responsible for leading and supporting painting and coating operations within the manufacturing environment. This position assists with assigning daily work, training Painter Assistants and Painters, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient paint area. The Painter Lead is expected to perform hands-on painting duties while helping guide the team to meet production schedules and quality requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Lead daily painting and preparation activities, including surface preparation, masking, priming, painting, and finishing.Assign tasks to Painters and Painter Assistants based on production priorities and employee skill level.Perform industrial painting, including spray painting, touch-up, and coating applications on parts, equipment, and assemblies.Ensure surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, masked, and prepared prior to paint application.Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications and job requirements.Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, adhesion, and compliance with company standards.Train and assist Painters and Painter Assistants on proper techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and quality expectations.Monitor paint booth, tools, spray equipment, and related materials to ensure they are properly maintained and used safely.Communicate production issues, quality concerns, material shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor or manager.Help maintain inventory of paint supplies, materials, and consumables.Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental requirements.Follow company procedures related to hazardous materials, PPE, ventilation, chemical handling, and waste disposal.Assist with troubleshooting paint defects such as runs, orange peel, poor coverage, contamination, or adhesion issues.Support production schedules by helping prioritize urgent jobs and coordinating workflow.Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Position Summary

    Hydraulics International is seeking a Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure on-time delivery, efficient material flow, and optimized manufacturing capacity. This role works closely with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, inventory control, and sales teams to support production requirements and customer demand.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Review customer orders, forecasts, and production demand requirements.

    • Create and maintain production schedules based on capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.

    • Analyze Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing requirements.

    • Release and manage work orders for fabrication, machining, assembly, and related operations.

    • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.

    • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and shortages.

    • Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.

    • Identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and scheduling conflicts; develop corrective actions.

    • Maintain ERP/MRP system data including job orders, lead times, and planning parameters.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3–5 years of production planning or manufacturing planning experience preferred.

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment required.

    • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling processes.

    • Ability to read and understand Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business software.

    • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with sheet metal, machining, weld fabrication, or assembly operations.

    • Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes.
