Position Objectives
It is the primary responsibility of the Bell Attendant to provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for guests. Bell Attendants will greet guests, direct them to the check-in desk, escorting them and carrying their luggage to their destination. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guest satisfaction immediately before, during and after their check-in. Bell Attendants provide shuttle services two and from the hotel and the Airport as well as other local destinations. Bell Attendants also answer questions, give directions and make detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

The primary responsibilities of the Event Setup Houseperson is to set up and tear down for functions of the hotel as directed by the Event Services Management team. This position is also responsible for using and storing equipment appropriately. The Event Setup Houseperson must be able to listen and communicate effectively, as well as meet deadlines.

The Executive Sous Chef directly supports the Executive Chef by overseeing all culinary functions for the hotel. This position will work continually to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. The Executive Sous Chef must ensure that sanitation and food standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility include overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g. banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge, Perks Market, employee cafeteria) and all support areas (e.g. dish room, purchasing).

It is the primary responsibility of the Server to prepare event space and equipment and clean up at the conclusion of the event. During the event the Server will be responsible for serving food and beverages and providing table service to assigned areas, to include bussing. Ultimately, Servers are responsible for taking care of guests throughout the event to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during their time at the banquet or event. All duties are performed in accordance with regulatory and departmental policies, practices and procedures.
