Position Summary The Reservations Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy in bookings, adherence to brand standards, and delivery of exceptional guest service. This role supports the hotel's revenue objectives by maximizing room sales, coaching the reservations team, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring all reservations processes operate efficiently and in alignment with Hyatt standards.
