Responsibilities: In this role you will serve as a liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue. You will respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group's experience with the hotel.
Requirements:
Previous sales and catering experience in a brand or luxury hotel establishment is idealAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral fromProficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointComprehension of technical application of reservations systemDetail-oriented, effectively use social media for postings and updates and market hotel eventsAbility to master basic selling techniquesPay rate is $24.00 per hour

Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.Guest Experience and Company Standards:
