SUMMARY:
This position executes a route and region-specific marketing strategy using a variety of promotions, sponsorships, philanthropy, memberships, and communications to build community support for continued Cape Air service and increase route revenue and/or passengers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to:Maintain a consistent corporate brand image in the fieldCreate and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of the services, bring new customers to trial, and increase salesOrganize and execute route-specific advertising budgetsEnsure successful planning and execution of marketing plans’ ad budgets, including ongoing monitoring of progress of plans, brand management, messaging, website, pricing, fares, contracts, and schedules for the relevant routesDevelop and manage the routes’ marketing plan and budgetGive input to the creative execution of advertising campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, collateral, promotional items, and website pages relevant to the routesMake informational sales calls (i.e. travel agencies, large corporate entities)Provide input to the Director of Marketing on the creative execution of advertising campaigns, collateral, promotional items and website pages or micro sitesIn all programs and communications, maintain a consistent articulation of the company’s brand and imageProvide measurement of the effectiveness of programs and communications to the Director of Marketing Contribute ideas for content to corporate website(s), including topical or promotional contentRepresent Cape Air at public forums and eventsAdditional duties as assignedQUALFIICATION:

Cape Air’s A&P Mechanics work independently or as a team member performing inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiar with the policies and procedures contained in company manuals, submits changes as appropriate to eliminate conflicts and/or enhance operational effectiveness Comply with 14 CFR (as applicable), manufacturer’s specifications, company policies and procedures, as well as other methods accepted by the FAA, when accomplishing maintenance Assist with completion of shift turnover reports in accordance with company proceduresParticipate in shift meetings and briefings as requiredUpdate aircraft fleet status information for Company aircraft as directedConduct on-the-job training as assigned by the Base-Manager/SupervisorProperly executes maintenance work recordsMaintain the maintenance work area in a clean and orderly conditionAdhere to material handling and control procedures specified in company manuals and by the equipment manufacturersResponsible to open and/or close facilityPerform aircraft run-ups and taxisPerform road trips to repair aircraft at stations other than the maintenance baseClean aircraft after completing maintenanceAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum two years professional aircraft maintenance work experience preferred
Must have basic mechanical skills
Must own basic set of aircraft maintenance tools
