What You ll Do: As a Machine Operator, you ll play a key role in our production process. Job duties may include: Operating machinery such as laminators, peelers, molding machines, tape sealers, wind-ups, choppers, and grinders (specific roles vary). Ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of materials. Performing quality checks and documentation. Coordinating the movement of materials within the production area. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Following all safety and environmental policies. We re Looking For: Individuals with basic reading, writing, and math skills. Team players with good communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized candidates. Reliable individuals with good on-time attendance. Candidates who are self-motivated and able to make decisions. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks. Ability to work in conditions with normal exposure to dust and debris and seasonal temperature variations. Willingness to adhere to all safety and environmental policies. Commitment to continuous improvement. For some roles, forklift certification may be required. Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting is required for most positions. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Overhead lifting, reaching, pulling, and pushing. Picking up items/scrap from the floor. May be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
