Duties
Operate equipment mainly excavator, but may also be required to operate lulls, lifts and tuggers.Assist electricians and field staff as needed when not operating equipment.Perform excavation and digging tasks as required for construction projects.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks effectively.Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is essential.Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.Ability to operate various types of equipment including bulldozers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks and backhoes.Valid drivers license is mandatory.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.Job Type: Full-time

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging,
and distributing electrical materials and equipment to field crews and project sites. This is a
physically demanding, safety-focused role that is essential to keeping our field operations running
efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming material deliveries against purchase orders
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and stage materials for delivery to job sites based on project requirements
• Load and unload trucks; assist with fleet staging and delivery coordination
• Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic maintenance checks
Qualifications:
• Reliable transportation and punctuality, consistent on-time attendance is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
