Job Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:HCI is seeking an experienced A/DACG Supervisor to manage daily operations of the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group (A/DACG) and Air Deployment Node Support in support of the Fort Bragg Installation Transportation Division (ITD). The Supervisor will ensure compliance with applicable military regulations and oversee all logistics, personnel movement, and deployment/redeployment operations within the AR 5-9 Area of Responsibility.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and report on mobility operations in accordance with DTR 4500.9-R, Part III.Plan, coordinate, and execute A/DACG functions per FORSCOM Regulation 55-1, AR 525-93, and applicable SOPs.Ensure timely and compliant airfield movements as scheduled by the supporting Air Wing or Air Mobility Command.Manage all logistics associated with air movements, including aircraft loading/unloading, baggage handling, and pallet configuration.Provide oversight for alert holding areas (AHA), call forward areas (CFA), and ammunition holding areas.Coordinate transportation support and ensure accurate weight documentation for chartered flights.Oversee deployment and redeployment center operations for both military and commercial air movements.Maintain positive working relationships with contract stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and quality management practices.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Five (5) years of supervisory experience in transportation or logistics.In-depth knowledge of DOD transportation and logistics regulations, to include personal property, unit movements, materiel handling, and TMP operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.Experience with Logistics Information Systems (LIS).HAZMAT Familiarization and Safety in Transportation certification.Environmental Compliance Training preferred.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Valid driver’s license.U.S. SECRET security clearance required at time of hire.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Property Accountability programs.Knowledge of Army logistics policies and systems related to maintenance, supply, and transportation.Familiarity with chartered aircraft logistics and associated documentation processes.Working Conditions:Primarily office-based, with up to 35% of duties performed at a desk.Fieldwork is required in all weather conditions and at various operational sites, including confined or elevated spaces.Use of standard office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, copiers).Equal Opportunity Statement:Employment decisions at HCI | Integrated Solutions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
