We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our leadership team and play a key role in supporting education, training, and professional growth for our Nurses and CNAs. In this vital role, youโ€™ll help elevate resident care by empowering staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. ๐Ÿฉบ Position Overview: Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) The Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting education and training initiatives for nursing and support staff. This role works closely with nursing leadership to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of continuous learning. โœ… Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement ongoing education and training programs for nursing and support staff Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding Evaluate staff competencies and coordinate required in-service training Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility education and training standards Support infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness initiatives Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and support to nursing staff Maintain accurate training documentation and records ๐Ÿฅ Qualifications: Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama Experience in long-term care or working with the geriatric population required Prior experience supporting staff development or nurse education strongly preferred Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience Strong organizational and clerical skills with the ability to read reports and manage data accurately Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate education programs Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and other departments ๐ŸŽ Benefits: Competitive wages ($28.00โ€“$35.00/hour) $15,000 sign-on bonus Elite low-cost Gold Plan Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance (low deductibles and low premiums) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid holidays Paid vacation ๐ŸŒŸ Why Join Us? We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight within our facility. ๐Ÿฉบ Position Overview: RN Unit Manager The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations for their assigned unit. This role supervises and develops nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and works closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain exceptional standards of resident care.
