Activities include deal screening and structuring, credit approvals, as well as negotiating credit agreement and other legal documentation. Coordinate with the Head of Leveraged Finance Execution Team, Credit Officer for Leveraged Lending, Regional Credit Officers, Capital Markets, Sponsor Coverage, and Investment Banking to ensure proper identification and mitigation of market and credit risk for those transactions, protecting the Bank from credit loss. Utilize knowledge of syndicated loan market and general capital market trends, in providing training and, on as needed basis, front end guidance to less experienced colleagues. Partner with the Capital Markets and relevant product groups to deliver competitive financing solutions to our clients and private equity relationships. Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners.
