    Summary/Objective
    Performs routine maintenance support of production equipment and machine building. Trouble shoots and repairs equipment electrical and/or mechanical malfunctions. Performs electrical, mechanical, carpentry, millwright, plumbing and pipefitting work associated with the installation of equipment. Assists in the building of new production equipment according to blueprints and schematics.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. (These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.)
    Responds to written work orders describing in varying detail electrical and/or mechanical problems with the production equipment. Communicates with the equipment operator and other maintenance technicians from other shifts to obtain information concerning production equipment malfunctions. Trouble shoots equipment problems to root cause and seeks to prevent equipment breakdown in the future. May need to weld parts to repair equipment. 
    Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment according to schedule determined by Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manager. May be teamed with a maintenance technician of another level to train, or be trained on various phases of equipment maintenance. 
    Assists engineers or engineering technicians in the building of various FAB and MFG production equipment. Reads, interprets, and corrects (properly red lines) mechanical and electrical drawings and electrical schematics to wire electrical systems.  Knows how to locate drawings.  Identifies discrepancies between actual part and drawings.  Makes operational recommendations to engineers on functional design changes or adaptations to be made to production equipment.  
    Creates/re-writes maintenance department procedures or work instructions and develops Preventative Maintenance (PM) checklists on production equipment.  Pulls, pre-stages parts, and develops parts list required to complete a PM.
    Manages maintenance department projects from start to finish including scheduling and planning jobs, assigning and directing personnel, obtaining required materials, budget control, and on time project completion. 
    Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
    Position requires regular and predictable attendance.
    Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job.


    OTHER FUNCTIONS
    Keeps shop area clean and organizes repair parts as part of inventory.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND KSA’S FOR EMPLOYMENT
    An employee in this position, upon appointment, should have the equivalent of the following:
    Basic knowledge of computers
    Basic knowledge of Word Processing (Microsoft Word)
    Basic knowledge of Spreadsheet Programs (Microsoft Excel)
    Expert knowledge of basic math to include: working with fractions and decimals, solving simple algebraic equations, creating and solving simple math word problems, and English to metric/metric to English conversions of numbers
    Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
    Solid knowledge of medium leadership and training – ability to direct personnel
    Solid knowledge of analytical and problem solving skills.
    Solid knowledge to communicate at most levels.

    Solid knowledge to work with Engineering on FMEA projects.

    Expert controls and automation skills and passion to train others in this area.
    o    Ability to read ladder logic, use wiring, connection points, schematics to troubleshoot control systems.
    o    Ability to calibrate and maintain control systems.
    o    Ability to install/replace and troubleshoot PLC's
    o    Ability to program PLC's
    o    Ability to troubleshoot AC and DC variable drive control systems
    o    Ability to troubleshoot control system components ie sensors, relays, contactors, timers, counters
    o    Ability to understand DOS
    o    Ability to troubleshoot PC, printer and scanner issues
    o    Ability to communicate with Shop Floor to help troubleshoot machine problems
    o    Ability to troubleshoot linear actuators, gear boxes, brakes, clutches, etc.
    Expert knowledge of the use of hand held power tools such as drills; hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers; electric measuring devices such as, ammeters, voltmeters; shop equipment such as, mills, lathes, hydraulic press
    Expert knowledge of how to use precision measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
    Expert knowledge of CMMS
    Skill in developing and maintaining effective work relationships
    Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
    Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
    Ability to organize and outline procedures and processes


    Acceptable Training and Experience includes two years technical trade school and/or 4-7 years practical experience, or eight years practical experience in maintenance disciplines.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Work experience with advanced electrical wiring of mechanical equipment.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    Body Movement
    Will constantly walk within production area from tool crib to production equipment while building or performing equipment repairs.
    Will constantly stand while building or repairing production equipment.
    Will frequently climb a safety ladder to a height of 12 feet to work on the topside of a piece of equipment. Will also frequently use a scissors lift at a height of 20 feet to work on the top of a piece of production equipment.
    Will frequently reach at arm length to tighten nuts and bolts using a socket wrench.
    Will occasionally sit on floor while repairing equipment.
    Will occasionally bend/stoop/squat at knees while working on equipment situated close to the floor.
    Will occasionally twist at elbow and shoulder while working on pieces of equipment where screws or bolts may be located in confined spaces.
    Will occasionally push or pull with the use of a forklift to move pieces of production equipment into the shop area to work on them.


    Back and Upper Body (lifting and carrying)
    Will occasionally lift and carry replacement parts out of the shop area to the piece of production equipment located in the production area. Parts may weigh up to 75 pounds.


    Vision
    Constantly using sight in performance of daily job duties. 


    Sense of Touch
    Constantly using sense of touch to feel surface temperatures of production equipment prior to performing repairs on them. Uses fingers to thread nuts and bolts together while working on production equipment.


    Hearing
    Constantly listens for warning alarms on production equipment; trouble shooting equipment malfunctions; backup alarms on fork-lift equipment being operated within the production area.


    Work Environment
    Production environment. Noise generated by production equipment. Fumes from print inks, adhesives, isopropyl alcohol. Fabric dust.

    Position Overview:


    The Engineering Site Manager is responsible for leading the Process Engineering team to ensure that all processes are developed and performed based on standard work that guarantees:
    •    The safety of our employees
    •    The quality of our products
    •    The high efficiency of our processes
    •    A productive capacity that allows us to complete our deliveries on time


    Reports to: Head of Fab Process Engineering, North America (NA)


    What you'll do


    •    Manage and coordinate the work of the process engineering team. 
    •    Assign engineering resources within groups to meet project timelines and objectives. 
    •    Lead and represent the process engineering organization in communications to a broad range of internal/external stakeholders.
    •    Apply knowledge and expertise acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions.  
    •    Productively lead and facilitate cross-departmental/divisional meetings.
    •    Keeps informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs or applications.  
    •    Guide projects from concept stage to full production.  
    •    Facilitate, understand and collaborate data and information needs from other departments.  
    •    Define the direct labor needed to run each process in the plant and document it monthly.
    •    Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve process target efficiencies for each product/process.
    •    Ensure the development, validation and maintenance for the standard work for processes to achieve targeted efficiency (including packaging).
    •    Ensure the development, validation and maintenance to cycle times for each operation, documenting them monthly.
    •    Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to perform LV1 and ensure proper documentation of results (headcount, cycle times, rates, efficiencies, scrap %, rework %, etc.).
    •    Ensure flawless process implementation on time for new launches (LV1 passed and no major issues in process).
    •    Develop, maintain, and validate changes to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) for each process, scheduling periodic reviews with multidisciplinary teams to prevent cost of poor quality.
    •    Perform safety walks and ensure effective countermeasures to identify risks, guaranteeing zero accidents due to process.
    •    Perform weekly Process/Gemba Walks to ensure compliance with standard work and guidelines, identify opportunities and issues, document findings, and ensure effective countermeasures (including packaging).
    •    Validate and approve packaging design, specifications, and appearance for new packaging or new equipment/tooling for packaging (with Packaging CoE).
    •    Lead and track ECN implementation on time and within budget.
    •    Lead and perform packaging trials and tests in the plant (with Packaging CoE).
    •    Define the optimal layout for new equipment, tooling, or processes, including packaging (with Industrial Engineering (IE) CoE).
    •    Define the optimal process flow for new equipment, tooling, or processes, including packaging (with Industrial Engineering (IE) CoE).
    •    Lead productive capacity studies and validation for current or new processes.
    •    Support Best Practice Projects development and implementation as needed.
    •    Support LV2 events for new launches as needed.
    •    Support special projects development and implementation as needed.
    •    Support automation projects development and implementation as needed.
    •    Develop business cases for engineering projects.
    •    Define, monitor, and ensure attainment of the engineering budget for the site and projects.
    •    Remove any roadblocks that can prevent the process from achieving operational metrics.
    •    Mentor, coach and train employees, fostering a culture of growth and development.
    •    Establish SMART goals, evaluate them, and ensure compliance for direct reports.
    •    Communicate potential risks or major issues to top management.


    •    Support product launches and special projects to ensure flawless and on-time implementation regarding processes.

    Position Overview


    The Product Development Engineer – Outdoor Products applies mechanical engineering expertise, creativity, and analytical problem-solving to develop, improve, and sustain exterior products, including outdoor screens, awnings, and shading systems. This role supports new product development, cost and quality improvements, and sustaining engineering activities, taking designs from concept through production launch.
    The engineer will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Process Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Suppliers to deliver robust, manufacturable designs that meet performance, durability, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements for outdoor environments.


    What you'll do



    Design, analyze, and validate mechanical components, mechanisms, and assemblies for exterior products such as screens, awnings, frames, brackets, drive systems, and mounting hardware.
    • Develop solutions for new product introductions, product enhancements, and quality or field-related issues.
    • Use parametric 3D CAD tools (NX and/or SolidWorks) to create models, assemblies, and production drawings.
    • Design with consideration for outdoor environmental exposure including wind loads, UV, temperature extremes, moisture, corrosion, and long-term durability.
    • Define design requirements, test criteria, and validation methods to ensure safety, performance, durability, and compliance with applicable standards.
    • Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, and statistical analysis to ensure design robustness.
    • Plan and execute functional, durability, and life-cycle testing; analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
    • Perform root cause analysis using data-driven methods and implement corrective actions.
    • Coordinate prototype builds, pilot runs, and production launches.
    • Lead or support tooling development, approve first article inspections, and drive design-for-manufacturing efforts.
    • Collaborate with fabrication and operations teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, serviceable, and cost-effective.
    • Utilize rapid prototyping methods, including 3D printing, to validate and refine designs.

    Who you are


    Education & Experience

    Technical Knowledge & Skills
    • Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles including statics and dynamics.

    Position Overview

    The IT ERP Analyst, OTC serves as the functional subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of critical business solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and efficient OTC capabilities, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and connected systems.


    This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.


    What You'll Do

    Act as the primary functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, collections, and customer master data.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
    Configure and support SAP SD/OTC functionalities, enhancements, and business processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
    Lead and support integrations between SAP and external systems such as CRM platforms, e-commerce solutions, trading partners, and other third-party applications using IDocs, EDI, middleware, and APIs.
    Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions to minimize business disruption.
    Partner with supply chain, logistics, finance, and master data teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and process alignment across the Order-to-Cash landscape.
    Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, release management, change control, and go-live support activities.
    Develop training materials, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources while providing ongoing support to end users and key stakeholders.

    Who You Are

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SD/OTC processes, including hands-on configuration and business process analysis.
    Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments and participating in at least one full lifecycle implementation project.
    Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
    Experience supporting integrations between SAP and external applications utilizing IDocs, EDI, middleware solutions, or APIs.
    Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate effectively with technical development teams.
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Experience working in cross-functional, global environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
    SAP SD certification, S/4HANA experience, manufacturing industry experience, or exposure to Advanced ATP, Fiori, BRF+, AIF, or AI-related technologies is preferred.

    Position Overview


    The Product Development Engineer – Outdoor Products applies mechanical engineering expertise, creativity, and analytical problem-solving to develop, improve, and sustain exterior products, including outdoor screens, awnings, and shading systems. This role supports new product development, cost and quality improvements, and sustaining engineering activities, taking designs from concept through production launch.
    The engineer will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Process Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Suppliers to deliver robust, manufacturable designs that meet performance, durability, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements for outdoor environments.


    What you'll do



    Design, analyze, and validate mechanical components, mechanisms, and assemblies for exterior products such as screens, awnings, frames, brackets, drive systems, and mounting hardware.
    • Develop solutions for new product introductions, product enhancements, and quality or field-related issues.
    • Use parametric 3D CAD tools (NX and/or SolidWorks) to create models, assemblies, and production drawings.
    • Design with consideration for outdoor environmental exposure including wind loads, UV, temperature extremes, moisture, corrosion, and long-term durability.
    • Define design requirements, test criteria, and validation methods to ensure safety, performance, durability, and compliance with applicable standards.

    Who you are



    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or matrix organization.
    Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
    Prior experience leading TA teams is preferred.
    Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is an advantage.
