We are seeking a motivated and results-driven liaison to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships and generating client referrals through outreach to hospitals, social workers, community organizations, and other healthcare partners. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our services, identify potential clients, and help grow our client base. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, and community partnersIdentify and pursue new client referral opportunitiesConduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, and email communicationRepresent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunitiesEducate potential referral sources about services offered and benefits to clientsFollow up consistently with leads and maintain ongoing communication with partnersCollaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboardingTrack outreach activities, referrals, and conversion metricsProvide regular updates and reports on client acquisition effortsQualifications
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in healthcare liaison, marketing, or business development roleStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to network effectively and build trust with referral sourcesExcellent negotiation and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with healthcare systems and community resources is a plusAbility to work independently and meet targets for client acquisition
